Confidentiality and data protection

In accordance with the law 15/1999 of the 13th of December, on protection of personal data, Liza Bebe informs the user about the existence of automatical archive facility of the personal data created by and for Liza Bebe and under its responsibility with the objective to maintain and to manage the relations with the User, and for information labor. At the moment of acceptance of the present general conditions, Liza Bebe precises with the User gathering of some data necessary for provision of services and/or information.

Register of archieves and blanks

Filling of register blank is obligatory to accede and to use determinate services being offered on the web-page or to get the information requested. The fact of not giving personal data requested or not accepting the present policy of protection of data supposes the impossibility of being informed, subscribed, registered or participation in any promotions where personal data are requested.

In accordance with the established under law 15/1999 of the 13th of December, on protection of personal data, Liza Bebe informs you that the personal data obtained as a result of your registration as user or as a result of filling the contact blank, will be incorporated to an archive of Liza Bebeobserving the safety measures established by the Real Decree 1720/2007 of the 21st of December.

Exactitude and veracity of the data

The User is the only responsible for the veracity and correction of the data included and informed, exonerating Liza Bebe from any responsibility in this respect. The Users guaranty and respond, in any case, for the exactitude, validity and authenticity of the personal data, and agree to maintain it updated in a proper manner. The User accepts to supply with complete and correct information in the blank of contact, registration and subscription.

Liza Bebe does not respond neither for the veracity of the information which it does not elaborate nor for the one of other sources, so that it does not hold any other responsibility with respect to hypothetic prejudice that can be originated by the use of mentioned information.

Liza Bebe reserves the right to update, modify or eliminate the information contained on its Web page being able including to limit or not to permit the access to the mentioned information.

Liza Bebe is exonerated from the responsibility for any damage or prejudice that the User may suffer as a consequence of errors, defects or omissions in the information facilitated by Liza Bebe always when proceeding the sources beyond the control of Liza Bebe.

Objectives

The objectives of Liza Bebe are the maintenance and management of the relations with the User and supplying the User with information about our products and services.

Delivery

In case of absence of the address of the contracted company to fulfill the delivery the User will be contacted by the telephone facilitated when making order to concrete the delivery. After the period maximum of the storage the parcel will be sent back to Liza Bebe and the costs for the delivery in case of impossibility of the delivery for the reasons beyond the control of Liza Bebe will not be recompensed to the User.

Prices

All the prices include the VAT and are the prices net. The prices must be considered in euros. Notice that the VAT is applicable on the day of the order. Any modification in the type of the VAT applicable is reflected at the prices of the products. The prices applicable are valid at the moment of buying, except in case of error manifest. The company reserves the right to cancel the order in case of containing the products with false prices as, for example, 0€.
